Symptoms

When running Create Accounting the program is failing with error:


An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00222_AAD_S_000011_PKG.EventClass_140. ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value.

Following error appears in FND debug log:
