Symptoms

In Visit Work Package (VWP) ... when creating Stages within a Visit Type and attempting to apply dependencies (whether it be 'executed before', 'executed after' or 'executed in parallel'), encountering java null pointer exception errors when we applying dependency beyond the 10th stage.

Despite the java errors, the system seems to continue processing the changes and save the changes.  Now, with the dependencies applied between the 10th and 11th stages, another error was raised when trying to create a visit with that visit type.  These errors were as follows:

ERROR
1. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException:java.lang.NullPointerException
2. "A stage cannot have more than one predecessors"
