Goal

RIQ parameter set does not influence the Rate Inquiry (RIQ) from the UI, and takes the DOMAIN Default Parameter set when the Rates Option is used.
However , if Rates and Routes option is used in Rate Inquiry, Parameter Set field on Rate Inquiry UI is correctly used. Is this as designed?
