FSG: Thousands Separators (Commas) Are Not Showing in Reports for Some Columns (Doc ID 167680.1)

Symptoms

Thousands separators (commas) are not present in Financial Statement Generator (FSG) reports. This applies to one or many columns. It may occur when Actual or Budget balances are increased to values a factor of 10 higher than previously reported  due to postings.

For example, a 10% increase from a value of 950,000 to 1,045,000.

The issue can also occur in FSGs in a new Financial Year, where bigger budgets have been uploaded.
