Symptoms

When attempting to run Create Accounting for Receivables following error occurs in XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program log file:


An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_ae_code_combination_pkg.map_ccid. User-Defined Exception.

 

FND Log shows the following additional information:


Error. = ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > requests > run

  1. Run Create Accounting process
