The Column(s), PRICE_LIST_ID, Has An Invalid Value(s) when add to cart in iStore (Doc ID 1677349.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related on all instances

After setting up a new operating unit, when trying to add an item to the cart the following error is returned to the iStore user:

The column(s), PRICE_LIST_ID, has an invalid value(s) , <price list id>
The column(s), PRICE_LIST_ID, has an invalid value(s)


There are no items in your cart

 

 

LOG

The iStore PL/SQL log shows the price list validation error on price list header id 96641 -

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore
2. Add an item to the cart
3. Error shows and not items get added to the cart.
 

Changes

 New operating unit (OU) added to the system.
