Symptoms
On : 12.0.0 version, Core HR - General in Production
When attempting to cancel hire of a new employee who did not report to work,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-PAY-07077: You cannot cancel the hire of employees with no previous person type.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to People Enter Form
2. Query for the new employee
3. Cancel Hire
