ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When entering a new Material Install HTML Debrief line, the list of values (lov) for Usage on a new Material Install HTML Debrief lines shows all values twice (Used, Defective on Arrival and Unused if profile CSF_ENABLE_RETURN_ROUTING_DBF (CSF: Enable Return Routing in Debrief) is set to Yes.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an SR and a task. Assign the task
2. Click on Debrief to go to the HTML debrief
3. For material / Install, add a new line
4. Check the above mentioned lov
