Requisition is not put back in the requisition pool after "Complete Award" with no resulting document if Requisition Change Request is In Process (Doc ID 1678232.1)

When a Requisition Change Request is in process while performing "Complete Award", PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL.AT_SOURCING_FLAG remains Y.
Then when the Requisition Change Request is approved later, PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL.REQS_IN_POOL_FLAG does not change to Y and the
requisition is not put back in the requisition pool.

1. Create a requisition in Procurement.
2. Create a RFQ.
  (PO) AutoCreate
   Query the requisition created in Step1, and create a Sourcing RFQ.
3. Publish the RFQ.
4. Create a quote using a supplier user.
5. Submit a change request against the requisition created in Step1.
6. Close RFQ.
7. Award
8. Complete Award
   * Uncheck the checkbox to create the resulting document.
9. Approve the Requisition Change Request

When the requisition change request is approved before Complete Award in Step8,
the requisition is put back in the requisition pool after Complete Award is performed.


Business Impact


Autocreate cannot be performed for the requisition because the requisition is not put back in the requisition pool.
