Symptoms

For some assets, reports RXi: Asset Cost Balance Report and RXi: Accum Deprn Balance Report are showing blank Concatenated Location

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the column populated for all the assets

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into FA responsibility
2. Run RXi: Asset Cost Balance Report and RXi: Accum Deprn Balance Report
