Goal

Based on customer requirement, Dev suggested the customer to use the function 'xdoxslt:ora_format_date_tz'. Customer chose the timezone id 'GMT-5:00' and hard coded this however it is not going to change based on daylight savings. Customer is looking for a way to use function xdoxslt:ora_format_date_tz so that it is dynamic and sensitive to daylight savings changing automatically at appropriate times of the year.
