Symptoms

The following Exception is encountered when attempting to send an outgoing message from OTM through an External System.

CAUGHT THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION WHILE PROCESSING TRANSMISSION OUTBOUND: OTM

failed to send SERVICE transmission 1,204

service definition. javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: WSDL http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/soa-infra/services/default/EDI_V2!1.0/BPELProcess.wsdl contains no service definition
