Compensation Workbench Back-out Postprocess not Working as Expected (Doc ID 1679034.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit the Compensation Workbench Back-out Post process, the following error occurs:

The payroll has already been run for this employee. Hence, the person cannot be backed out.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Compensation Workbench for Administrators.
2. Click the Run Postprocess link.
3. Click the Run Back-out Postprocess link. Life event date is 15-Jan-2014.

The payroll has already been run for this employee.  Hence the person can not be backed out.
