On : 12.1.3 version, Catalog items

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item created in APC is not visible in oracle Master items form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Item should be available in items form also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Switch to Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Items > Master Items form
3. Query the problem item
4. Items not available
