Symptoms
Click on duplicate for an expense report which original expense date is more than 7 days, click on duplicate--> You are able to copy and go ahead and submit the copied expense
Click on duplicate for an expense report which original expense date is less than 7 days , click on duplicate --> You get an error "Date must be less than Today's date"
