On : 12.1.3 version, Setup forms and programs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
The wrong Legal Entity has been attached to the Inter company Organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Global Intercompany System > Setup > Organizations
2. Organization
3. Legal Entity field cannot be modified
