Goal

Can POs automatically be created from a requisition that was generated from a punchout catalogue that uses cXML?

Prior to implementing ER <Bug 17804595> a punchout Supplier can send the contract number details only via XML (not CXML) to Customer. The requisition will be created with reference to the Contract and thus a PO can be autocreated based on the Source document on the requisition.
