Ohio Child Support Not Taking Proper Arrears Percentage

Ohio Child Support deduction is not using 65% when the employee is in arrears. It is only calculating at 60%.
In the application, the Wage Attachment Exemption Rules show:
Ohio - Child Support
Disposable Income Exemption
40% when payments are not in arrears
35% when payments in arrears
50% when employee has dependents and payments not in arrears
45% when employee has dependents and payments in arrears
How do we get the application to withhold the correct percentage for this child support deduction?
