IEM: Duplicate emails in Email Center.

Created an auto-redirect rule to direct emails destined for two accounts(A,B) to one account(C).

Two duplicate emails are present in the acount(C)


Only one email to be present in acount(C)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Send in email to be auto-redirected.
