Symptoms

When run Program Publish FSG Report using a Ledger Set on the Content Set, when attempting to drilldown, the following error occurs in every amount link.
When the same report is run for a single ledger the drilldown works fine.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Report Manager
2. Navigation : Financial Report Submission
3. Select a report to generate which has got drilldown enabled
4. Run the report using a Ledger Set on the Content Set
3. View the output
4. Double-click the published spreadsheet to drilldown and the system throws an exception.
