BPA/Quotation Line Description Can Not Be Synchronized In iProcurement (Doc ID 1680100.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BPA/Quotation Line Description in iProcurement can NOT be synchronized after BPA/Quotation Line Description changed and BPA/Quotation revision increased in Core Purchasing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If BPA/Quotation Line Description changed and BPA/Quotation revision increased in Core Purchasing, related BPA/Quotation Line Description in iProcurement should be synchronized as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create BPA with Line Description = Test Line 1 in Core Purchasing, save and approve.
2. Switch to iProcurement for checking this BPA, find Line Description = Test Line 1.
3. Back to Core Purchasing, change BPA Line Description to new value = Test Line 1 Revision 1, save and re-approve, BPA revision increased to 1.
4. Switch to iProcurement for checking this BPA, find Line Description = Test Line 1 still, instead of new value = Test Line 1 Revision 1 for BPA revision 1.

*Same for quotation.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot checked new synchronized Line Description value in iProcurement after BPA/Quotation Line Description changed in Core Purchasing.
