Symptoms

FARET - Calculate Gains and Losses errors with the following on a $0 cost asset which has a retirement backdated to the DPIS date:

ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
Error: function FA_AMORT_CALC_PVT.Recalculate returned failure
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
Error: function FA_AMORT_PVT.faxama returned failure
Error: function fa_gainloss_dpr_pkg.CALC_CATCHUP returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.farboe returned failure
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagpdp returned failure
User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_GAINLOSS_UPD_PKG.fagpdp returned failure
FAGPDP: Fail to insert Depreciation adjustments for asset

Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator.

Error: function fa_gainloss_ret_pkg.fagret returned failure
FAGRET: Fail to retire asset

Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator.
