Project Related Integrators Not Appearing After Upgrade

In 11i the following integrators were used to load data in to project accounting module
FINANCIAL_PLAN_UPLOAD Projects - Financial Plan
ORG_FORECASTING Projects - Organization Forecast
PA_CONNECT Projects - Project Connect
FINPLAN_BUDGET_PERIODIC Projects - Budget (Periodic)
FINPLAN_BUDGET_NON_PERIODIC Projects - Budget (Non-Periodic)
FINPLAN_FORECAST_PERIODIC Projects - Forecast (Periodic)
FINPLAN_FORECAST_NON_PERIODIC Projects - Forecast (Non-Periodic)
Projects Transaction Import
After upgrading from 126.96.36.199 to R12.2.3, from the Desktop Integrator Responsibility, when the "Create Document" is clicked, only the "Projects Transaction Import" integrator is seen.
How can the other integrators be made available for use?
