When Trying To View Attachment In Email It Is Required To Login

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In order to view a requisition attachment in email it is required to login to the Oracle e-Business suite.
But while in the Self Service Worklist or Notification Summary page it is possible to view attachments without logging in.
This only occurs when viewing notifications via email.
