Error Page When Learner Tries to Play Evaluation on Training Home Page (Doc ID 1680485.1)

Learner encounters error page when trying to play evaluation using Learner Self Service.

Some learners are coming across the error while trying to play evaluation. This prevents the status of the enrollment to be set as attended.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as employee who receives the error >> Responsibility Learner Self Service
2. Learner Home >> Click on Play for the affected class
3. Observe the error above.

This can affect either single or multiple Learners



 <Patch 17013823> has been applied but the error still occurs
