Information in this document applies to any platform.
In this period we have noticed that one of the retro elements are being paid twice, resulting in double payment.
On researching this we found that there was a second element set that also included this element so the element was in > 1 element set and each set was run in Retropay by Element for this month / period.
Can this issue be resolved using Retropay enhanced?
