Symptoms

Import Price Catalog and Import Standard Purchase Orders programs complete with error.

ERROR:
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_PDOI_GRP", line 392
ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the interface tables with the data
2. Run "Import Price Catalog" request

FND_LOG shows the following:
po.plsql.PO_PDOI_LINE_PROCESS_PVT..default_lines.100.EXCEPTION  ORA-22160: element at index [1] does not exist in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_LINE_PROCESS_PVT. Procedure default_lines.100;SQLERRM = ORA-22160: element at index [1] does not exist
po.plsql.PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_PVT..process_lines_add.40.EXCEPTION  ORA-22160: element at index [1] does not exist in Package po.plsql.PO_PDOI_MAINPROC_PVT. Procedure process_lines_add.40;SQLERRM = ORA-22160: element at index [1] does not exist
