Why Debrief Showing Different Timezones For Different Responsibilities? (Doc ID 1680856.1)

Goal

Q1: In Debrief HTML Page, why is different timezone displayed for different responsibilities?

If using Field Service Manager Responsibility, the timezone is showing the  timezone specified in the incident address in Contact Center.
If using Field Service Administrator Responsibility. the timezone is showing the timezone specified in the incident address in Contact Center.
If using Field Service Technician Responsibility ,  the timezone is showing the  timezone specified in the agent's timezone.
If using Service Responsibility, the timezone is showing the  timezone specified in the agent's timezone.

Q2: How to set the timezone for Field Service Manager Responsibility (as in Service Responsibility) to show agent's timezone?
