Symptoms
Relink failed on "UMX_ENDECA_RBACMigration.sh" & "UMX_ENDECA_RBACAuto.sh" with the following error messages:
Starting link of fnd executable 'UMX_ENDECA_RBACAuto.sh' on Sat Jun 7
12:38:47 IST 2014
make: *** No rule to make target
`<path>/apps_tier/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin/UMX_ENDECA_RBAC
Auto.sh'. Stop.

Relink of module "UMX_ENDECA_RBACAuto.sh" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure. Also, please check that the Unix userid
running adrelink has read, write, and execute permissions
on the directory
<path>/apps_tier/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin,
and that there is sufficient space remaining on the disk partition
containing your Oracle Applications installation.
