When attempting to create a vacancy using Requisition and Vacancy the following error occurs. The same error also occurs when attempting to create recruitment activity with the forms (Global HRMS Manager > Recruitment > Recruitment Activity) forms throw an error below.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Global HRMS Manager > Recruitment > Recruitment Activity
