Symptoms

When attempting to process Purchase Orders (POs) for approval, the following error occurs intermittently:

ERROR
Error Name = -4030
Error Message = ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 21536 bytes (PLS PGA hp,PL/SQL STACK)
ORA-06500: PL/SQL: Storage Error
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16328 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)

STEPS
1)  Approving and communicating PO to web supplier
2)  The list of web suppliers created has trailing spaces (perhaps in the email address fields)
