Workflow Long Format Email Address Fails with Workflow Notifications (Doc ID 1681149.1)

Symptoms

The test email notification within the Workflow Mailer used in Oracle Applications Manager (OAM) fails with the following error:

InvalidEmailAddressList.checkAddresses(RecipientRole[], ArrayList,
ArrayList)]:Checking {TESTLONGUSER{TESTLONGUSER <"Lastname,Firstname"
<Firstname.Lastname@oracle.com>>}}


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log into any instance.
2. Run the script createUser.sql to create user ''Firstname'' with email address "lastname,firstname" <firstname.lastname@<your_company>.com>.
3. Use the Test Mailer functionality within OAM to send a test email to ''firstname'.
4. The notification will result asFAILED and in Mailer logs with:

"javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Missing
''<'' in string"
