Project Id Is Not Available In Debrief Html Of The Service Module (Doc ID 1681338.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Project that was selected while creating the Service Request is not getting displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the project that was selected while creating the SR via. the SR form be available in the Expense Debrief line.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request -> Add the 'Project' related details in the SR header section and save the SR.
3. Create a Task and also assign the same to technician and click on the Debrief button to open the Debrief html page.
4. In the Debrief html, select the 'Expense Debrief' section and find that the Project details are not getting defaulted. When trying to select the project details like the Project name etc from the lov, the same is not listed.
Note: Also, in cases where the Project details are not selected at the SR header level, in the Debrief html when tried to select the project details they are not available in the Project id lov.
