ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The calculation of Daily Work Hour as part of the Lead Time Calculator for Process seems to be incorrect and as a consequence the fixed and variable lead times are no calculated as expected


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Daily Work Hour to reflect the total hours of all shifts (exclusive of overlaps) for a week divided by 7. (Subsequently amended to being WORKING DAYS)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up various calendars with varying shift patterns and times and run the LTC for Process.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct results for fixed and variable lead times
