Symptoms

The requirement defined in Setup part of Localization Document (Page 4-2) for Turkey Localization
"Change the Library from USGAAP to PAC Turkey in the Cost type and Cost group association form."
cannot change the Library, because 'PAC Turkey' is not available to select. It seems that the patch didn't create this library. Only alternatives are PAC Brasil and USGAAP.
