When a shift crosses midnight and shift premiums are attached to regular an Overtime hours
The Hour deduction policy is coming off the Shift differential Premium Overtime hours after the Hours Deduction Policy was already taken from the Overtime hours, resulting in short Shift differential Premium Hours being paid.
This only happens when the shift crosses midnight

The hours deduction policy should not be applied to the Shift differential Premium Overtime hours after the Hours Deduction Policy was already taken

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Monday explosion

Shift Differential Policy = 22:00 -> 23:59 (1.98) Basic Hours
  00:00 -> 05:30 (5.5) Basic Hours

Shift Differential Policy on Basic Hours = 7.48 -> OK

Shift Differential Policy = 05:30 -> 05:24 (-0.09) Overtime
