When a shift crosses midnight and shift premiums are attached to regular an Overtime hours
The Hour deduction policy is coming off the Shift differential Premium Overtime hours after the Hours Deduction Policy was already taken from the Overtime hours, resulting in short Shift differential Premium Hours being paid.
This only happens when the shift crosses midnight

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter timecard for employee

Entered timecard for employee as follows:

  Unexploded timecard

 Monday -> 22:00 -> 10:00 Regular hours
 Tuesday->
 Wednesday-> 06:00 -> 18:00 Regular hours
 Thursday->
 Friday ->

Earnings policy set with an daily Overtime cap of 7.5 hours
HDP of 40 mins per 7hours
Shift Differential policy set to pay from 0000 -> 2359 and CarryOver=23:59
on both Regular and Overtime hours

 Exploded timecard
  =================
  Basic Overtime

  Monday -> 7.5 3.83
  Wednesday -> 7.5 3.83

Shift Differential Policy
=========================

Monday explosion

Shift Differential Policy = 22:00 -> 23:59 (1.98) Basic Hours
  00:00 -> 05:30 (5.5) Basic Hours

Shift Differential Policy on Basic Hours = 7.48 -> OK

Shift Differential Policy = 05:30 -> 05:24 (-0.09) Overtime
  06:05 -> 09:19 (3.25) Overtime

Shift Differential Policy on Overtime = 3.16

Expectation Here is Shift Differential Policy on Overtime should be calculated 05:30 -> 09:19 =3.83
