On Applications 12.1.3 : OPM batch incremental backflushing:
When attempting to perform Incremental Backflushing in a batch, the following error occurs.
"Transaction quantity must be less than or equal to available quantity"
This occurs after creating a batch-to-batch reservation using the inv_reservation_pub.create_reservation API, then yielding from the supply batch, causing the batch-to-batch reservation to be changed into a standard inventory reservation.
If the original reservation is created through the standard forms, this works correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create two batches, one that yields an item as the product and another that consumes that same item as an ingredient.
2. Create a batch-to-batch reservation using the inv_reservation_pub.create_reservation API.
3. Yield the product from the first batch using IB. This converts the batch-to-batch reservation into an inventory reservation.
4. Attempt to consume the ingredient in the second batch using IB.
