BIP 11g
Running BIP reports to send emails, with TLS, the job fails with the following error:

Facts
-------
- Have two mail-servers <EMAILSERVER>x1 and <EMAILSERVER>x. It is a Microsoft Exchange cluster.
- Security Policy at customer site requires TLS and no other protocols are allowed.
TLS mail is configure with our own certificates.
-Sending mail out of Oracle Enterprise Manager CLoud Control with TLS and Authentication works fine.
-Same configuration works in test instance.
we configured BI Publisher mailing on test environment without problems (no certificate used)
and it is not possible to send mails without TLS, in test environment.
But we have an issue to configure TLS mail sending in BI Publisher in Prod Environment
Steps
-------
Define Delivery Configuration with SSL setup.
Schedule report to be mailed and it fails.
Changes
Configured BIP to send mail with TLS protocol.
