On : 12.1.3 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay
When attempting to run a PPR fails with "Document Delivery Channel is required" even when Override option for Delivery Channel is set in the Payment Process Profile
ERROR REASON

Document Delivery Channel is required
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a PPR with PPP with Delivery Channel override option set
2. PPR fails with status "Failed Payment Validation"
3. Error reason is "Document Delivery Channel is required"
Important Note: In order to have the Payments Overrides section in the Payment Process Profile setup (Payment Instruction Creation tab)
You have to apply the Patch from the following note 1613794.1
