Symptoms

Per Note: 1675192.1, Search by functionality is working fine now after application of patch 18680430 on Test instance.

Post patching there is an issue where after pressing Tab Key on Keyboard for account field it shows error message:
Error: Unable to get property 'all' of undefined or null reference

Changes

 Applied Patch 18680430 Script Error: Unable to Get Property 'parentWindow' of Undefined or Null Reference.
