Physical Inventory Tag Counts Are Recorded Incorrectly In Physical Adjustments (Doc ID 168263.1)

Symptoms

Problem

Not all entered Physical Inventory Counts have been saved
COUNT_QUANTITY is NULL
MTL_PHYSICAL_INVENTORY_TAGS.TAG_COUNT does not equal MTL_PHYSICAL_ADJUSTMENTS.COUNT_QUANTITY

Steps

Physical Inventory Adjustments have been approved and posted, only to find that some of the Tag Counts were not included in the adjustments.
The system created adjustments of -(SYSTEM_QUANTITY) and erroneously removed Inventory from the system.
