When attempting to terminate a contract, it fails with the following error:

This Contract Header or Line is already marked for Termination. You will not be able to terminate this header or line.

1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility, navigate: Contract Administration > Launch Pad.
2. Go to the Search form using the flashlight icon in the toolbar.
3. Query for a contract.
4. Right click and select Terminate.
5. Receive the indicated error.
