Approvers Comments Not Visible in Notification Sent to Requester When Work Order Rejected (Doc ID 1682799.1)

Goal

Work Order Release Approvers comments are NOT visible in the notification for the Requester when work order is Rejected?

1.Service Request created for a maintenance asset
2.Release-Pending work order
3.Work Order (WO)  is pending with Approver
4.Login as Approver to Approve/Reject the WO found notification at Notifications
5.Approver comments when he/she rejects it
6.Notification to Requester says WO rejected by Approver.
7.Open notification to find the notification details, Approver’s comments found in the Notification
