Symptoms
When attempting to progress sales orders that have been created through iStore the following error occurs:
Note: This can also happen to Drop Ship Sales Order created through Order Import and the requester is inactive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
1. Create sales order line through iStore.
2. Order Booked
3. Run program – Workflow Background Program for OM Order Line
4. Order line status remains = Booked
