RLM Picked Lines Causing RED ERROR - PROCESS ORDER API (Doc ID 1683477.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Demand Processor Related Issue

When attempting to run Replace type schedules, the following error occurs.

Error: The Process Order API returned the following error for item XXXXXX and request date yyyy/mm/dd 00:00:00
You are not allowed to update Schedule Arrival Date because:
Line has been pick confirmed/staged.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release Management responsibility
2. Run DSP with Replace functionality
3. See error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the DSP with Replace functionality
due to error.
