Symptoms

On 12.2.3 version when using the Approval Management Engine (AME) Test Transaction Workbench, with the AME_APPROVAL_ID for a drop ship Purchase Order (PO), the test transaction fails with error:

ERROR
The Transaction ID specified returned an incorrect number of rows for DELIVER_TO_LOCATION_CODE.
Ensure you specify a valid transaction ID and the dynamic query of the attribute returns correct number of rows

The same error will occur for SHIP_TO_LOCATION_CODE and PROJECT_NUMBER attributes as well.

The actual transaction, the drop ship PO itself, did not have an error when the PO was approved. The appropriate AME approvers were notified and the PO approved successfully.

It is only an issue in the AME Test Workbench.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Get the AME_APPROVAL_ID from PO_HEADERS_ALL for the drop ship PO
2. Run the Transaction Test
3. Error occurs
