EXECUTABLE:ARACCPB - Submit Accounting
EXECUTABLE:XLAACCPB - Create Accounting
EXECUTABLE: XLAACCUP - Accounting Program

Symptoms

Attempting to run the Create Accounting (XLAACCPB) program.
It spawns the Accounting Program (XLAACCUP), which fails with the following error:
