XLAPEXRPT Subledger Period Close Exception Report

Goal

When the program Periods - Close Period is run, it spawns three jobs. First is Periods - Close Period, Second is Subledger Period Close Exception Report and Third is Create Reporting Sequence.
Can Subledger Period Close Exception Report be excluded (prevented) from being run?
