Symptoms

When attempting to change status from Released to Unreleased, the following error occurs even after cancelling all related PRs and POs.

ERROR

1. You cannot unrelease this job/schedule
  Cause: You cannot unrelease a job or schedule that has a Requisition or Purchase Order attached to it.
  Action: You must first cancel the Requisition or Purchase Order.
2. The status change for the work order with WIP entity id (xxxxx) has failed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Change the status of work order from from Released to Unreleased
