In Receivable Dashboards, Changing As Of Date Has No Impact On "Top Past Due Customers" Portlet (Doc ID 1684634.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, DBI for Receivables/Collections

In Daily Receivables Intelligence, using the Receivables Status Dashboard, whenever As of Date is changed, the amount details under "Top Past Due Customers" does not change.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Daily Receivables Intelligence > Intelligence Overview > Receivables Status
2. Check the details with As of Date as the current date
3. Now change the As of Date to a prior date
4. The Overdue amount details for the Top Past Due Customers does not change.
